D’Niesha Sudduth, Esq., is an Associate Attorney with the LLG National Law Firm, where she approaches every case with a balance of skill, empathy, and determination. Her work is driven by a lifelong goal to help people navigate difficult situations and find clarity within the legal system. From the start of her career, she has been drawn to matters that carry real weight for clients and their families, especially in criminal defense, where every decision can alter the course of someone’s life.
Before joining the LLG National Law Firm, D’Niesha served as a Public Defender with the Defender Association of Philadelphia. In that role, she represented clients from arraignment through trial, developed personalized defense strategies, and worked closely with investigators and experts to build strong, evidence-based cases. She is known for her ability to connect with clients from all walks of life, listen without judgment, and fight relentlessly for their rights. Her courtroom experience has honed her advocacy skills and deepened her appreciation for how legal representation can transform someone’s future.
While earning her Juris Doctor from North Carolina Central University School of Law, D’Niesha quickly stood out as a leader and mentor to her peers. She served as President of the Black Law Students Association, worked as an Admissions Ambassador, and tutored first-year students in Contracts.
During law school, she completed competitive internships with the Federal Public Defender’s Office and the United States Attorney’s Office in Raleigh, as well as the Public Defender’s Office in Hampton, Virginia. These experiences gave her insight into both sides of the courtroom and strengthened her ability to think critically under pressure. She graduated magna cum laude with a 3.4 GPA.
D’Niesha’s dedication to public service began long before law school. As a Guardian ad Litem volunteer, she advocated for children who had experienced abuse or neglect, ensuring their voices were heard in court. That early exposure to advocacy confirmed her belief that empathy and fairness should guide every aspect of her work.
A first-generation attorney, D’Niesha takes great pride in overcoming adversity and paving the way for others who dream of entering the legal profession. Her journey reflects her belief that perseverance and purpose can open doors that once seemed out of reach.
Outside of work, D’Niesha enjoys cooking, traveling, and trying new activities. She describes herself as a people person who finds joy in meeting others and learning their stories. Her warmth and authenticity extend beyond her professional life, shaping the way she practices law and interacts with everyone she meets.
D’Niesha earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Fayetteville State University before attending North Carolina Central University School of Law.
