Former Youth Baseball Coach Convicted of Dozens of Sexual Assault Charges

Posted by Joseph D. Lento | Mar 30, 2025 | 0 Comments

A former youth baseball coach from Waynesboro, PA, has been convicted of dozens of sexual assault and invasion of privacy charges totaling 65 offenses in all.

Justin Biser, 45, was found guilty of offenses including sexual assault, indecent assault, child pornography, and invasion of privacy. The charges stem from multiple incidents in which Biser assaulted three individuals and secretly filmed two others.

Sex crime charges are taken extremely seriously in the state of Pennsylvania, and the penalties can be severe. If you've been charged with crimes of a sexual nature, the LLF Law Firm Criminal Defense Team can help to make sure your rights are protected throughout your case. Call us today at 888.535.3686 or contact us online to find out how we can protect your future, your reputation, and your freedom.

A Sexual Predator in Plain Sight

Biser allegedly used the connections he had built as a youth baseball coach in Franklin County to gain the trust of several underage girls. He would then betray this trust by luring the teenagers into his home and sexually assaulting them.

Crimes of a sexual nature are often tried in the court of public opinion long before they ever reach a courtroom. Because of the sensational nature of these allegations, prosecutors, judges, and law enforcement officers are often champing at the bit to secure a conviction and bolster their own reputations.

Because of this, defending against sex crime allegations can be an uphill battle. Even if Biser had been found innocent of these charges, his reputation and his coaching career could remain in serious jeopardy simply as a result of the allegations.

That's why it's important that you meet any allegations of criminal sexual behavior with a thorough and dedicated defense.
