A former York County, Pennsylvania resident, Wyatt Andrew Jones, has been sentenced to 45 years in prison following the sexual abuse of his infant daughter and the solicitation and receipt of sexually explicit photos from a 13-year-old female. Jones began sexually abusing his daughter when she was only three days old in January 2021 and continued to sexually abuse her until April 2021. During the abuse, he also produced photos and videos of the abuse, which he distributed on the internet.
In addition to the 45-year prison sentence, he will also be subject to 15 years of supervised release following the completion of his sentence. Jones, who pleaded guilty to the charges brought against him, has been ordered to pay $36,000 in restitution to the minor victims, his daughter, and the 13-year-old girl.
The infant child's mother, Marisel Toro, also faced charges as she also participated in the sexual exploitation. Toro pleaded guilty to producing images containing the sexual exploitation of her infant daughter. Toro's sentencing hearing will be held in January 2024.
The cases against Jones and Toro were brought under Project Safe Childhood, an aggressive Department of Justice program dedicated to addressing the growing epidemic of child sexual abuse and exploitation.
